It looks like a piece of motoring history, pity there's no chassis number to get the original docs.
looks battered to me. Has it had a different body fitted? Too messy to even be a rat rod!

But the price is way wrong, no docs, not running and needing a LOT of tlc is not worth that kind of money
When it was listed on ebay I think it was described as a classic trials motor. SO looks are secondary to practicality at times in trialling.
