I guess the money is in the Turbo itself... I would be re-making that manifold!
I'd just paint it matt black and stick it on if it works. You'll not see it when the bonnet's down.
Hum well, some bits have maybe been on a bike and running, others I'm not so sure, looks a bit pot luck to me....
Not sure about using a K03 either. The Audi 1.8T and S4 use the K03 and in the S4 they are not that reliable. It takes two of them to get 350BHP out of a 2.7 V6 (or twice a Busa), standard the S4 is 265 and 350 is the maximum you will get without changing the turbos to K04s.
