Don't think it is, look at his score.

McLannahan - 15/1/10 at 11:35 PM

It's not even an EBay site - It belongs to free hosting on http://www.zymic.com/

Scam doesn't even come half way to describing that fake site, fake sale, fake details....

Tip 1 - Give up drinking!!! There's several giveaways - apart from the web address - seeing as its over £1k why is it asking for bids of £530 or more. Thats such a poor fake!!

iscmatt - 16/1/10 at 02:15 AM

very scammy! thats the answer! Trying clicking on his feedback or contact seller or the sellers name, nothing is right including the web address!!

STAY AWAY!!

keithice - 16/1/10 at 04:50 AM

quick look on e-bay.. '83 "y" plate Hymer is £4995. Only reason my dad bought a camper was the resale values... definetly a strong wiff of kippery type things. keith

If you look on ebay you find the original item number is 250563910840
Then it quickly changes over to the other site and item number, perhaps with some clever redirect, if you stop before the redirect you get feedback results etc.

The other stuff is all like this item 250563867132

All located in Hong Kong.

Perhaps someone hacked an ebay account?

Why stop there? Put them all in a field together, and we could all take turns in punching them on the nose, they'd be a not-pretty site by the time we'd all finished with them

In fact, why don't we get all the dullards that write these damn viruses and they can have some too

Agreed, very clever (in a devious sort of way) - Would easily catch many people out.

Jon Ison - 16/1/10 at 10:15 PM

But would catch more if it was a more realistic price, say just a couple of £k true value ?
