As I say, NTDWM but seemed a good engine for the money and if you want N/A as opposed to forced induction!

Considering my supercharged one is going to have cost around £3500 fitted thats a lot of money for a thrashed race one. Thats included all forged internals, brand new supercharger kit, etc etc

You can buy a brand new NA scholar 300bhp one for about 1k more....

It's maybe a good deal for someone racing in regs where no forced induction is permitted - otherwise it's outrageously expensive!

All depends what you can and can't run in the technical regs for your championship.

I did caveat the first post that you can get more bangs for your bucks with forced induction!

Have seen the Westy in action that engine comes from, and it ain't slow
