- Previously it was listed as being for sale with a bare chassis. Presumably thats been sold.
It is, by definition, half a collection of spare parts:
Category B
A vehicle from which spare parts may be salvaged, but the bodyshell should be crushed and the car should never return to the road.
Probably, on balance, NOT a good buy.
On the other hand, this might be worth buying............................

he can not legally sell a Cat B vehicle.
I suggest we all send him a message asking him for his ELV certificate number so that we can report him to the appropriate authorities for selling
vehicles as a whole that should be broken into parts.
In addition to that he should not have been able to buy it if he does not have the correct permits/lisences.
