Would these fit a cortina running gear in terms of offset etc?

Live axle yes, they would stick out an extra inch with sierra running gear.

But there is only 2 of them.

yes only 2 i have wider ones for the rear just not for sale

What size tyres do the rears have on them ? I assume they are 13 x 8J with the same offset ?
