Looks intreasting, best assume chassis is twisted until you can get to it with a tape measure.

damage seems minimal from pictures, I reckon hes lost id clipped a kerb and spun it,. The frot swction probably needs cutting out and replacing followed by new top and bottom wishbones.
^^ Think your probably spot on just can't be 100% sure, I would be interested if thinking of building lot less hassle, cheap, and will not need

Eeven if you had to buy a starter chassis kit from Aries or something, it could still be a cheap route to se7en ownership.
Not sure where you'd stand on IVA grounds though, but plenty of people replace damaged chassis without the need to re-register.
using a cat C and replacing a chassis was discussed only a day or 2 ago here.
I like the 'only 2k', when it in fact has nearly 3k.. not that it really matters!
