i know someone looking for one but he got a budget of £500 i can try

I love an optimist, especially when they’re selling something on ebay!
If rated weight is gross (1600kg) yes it’ll take a light kit car or small hatch but even a new’ish Golf is 1500kg plus so would overload the trailer, hardly any car!
