I have been speaking to a guy at D-Force about the DForce-5 wheel:
If they produced a 15" wheel in Ford fitment, it would be about 6.3 kg (this is similar to the Team Dynamics Pro Race) and $80 a wheel. Shipping to the UK would no doubt push that price up a lot, but this still has the potential to be a very good value lightweight wheel.
The only downside is that they need 25 orders (100 wheels) to justify the tooling costs, so it would have to be a group buy type thing.
This probably won't help me as I need BMW fitment wheels, and there aren't enough people who use those, but I thought I'd throw this out there for everyone on Ford uprights. I won't be organising this unless there's a lot of interest in BMW fitment wheels, which I'm not expecting.
