I take it that is for the preowned ones, they are the only ones i can find for 99.99, and they are all out of stock apparently

They're not showing up online, it's instore only. They seem to have quite a few left though, I went to the tiny one in Cannock and was offered a choice of DS's to choose from. The original DS is only £19.99!!

Be wary though, these are largely untested consoles from a company that may not be there for much longer. And the larger consoles (PS3 and Xbox) both suffer problems when they've been on for a while, something the shop staff wouldn't have tested for. They generally just check they switch on.

And both the PS3 and Xbox can be had for £150 new...

New for £150? I'd like to know where you got that figure, the preowned ones were £150 a few months ago, and they have 1 year warranty so as long as they last longer than that, my bro got a ps3 from game and it lasted more than a year before breaking, simple reflow solder job

Same place where I heard about the fire sale, www.hotukdeals.com! Admittedly they're not always that price, but they do regularly pop up for £150 from various suppliers so it's worth it if you can be patient. Amazon seems to be a regular seller at that price.

They might have a 1 year warranty, but if the company does go into administration (and it's 99% likely) you won't have anybody to honour the warranty.
