I know less than nothing about these, as I've never actually seen one (I don't think), but it doesn't seem expensive, and someone might be interested.

That's probably about average for the year and age to be honest, you can pick these up very cheap. I'm surprised no one has developed a mid engined kit around these to be honest.

nearest thing is maybe the Libra/Spyder? MGF engine in mine, MGf linkages, rover electrics etc.
I agree given the price of donors it is a wonder that a seven hasnt appeared using the whole lot.
