Light weight clams? Relay. The roll bar covers not original. The MMC disks where fitted to all early S1 i.e. pre June 98, VIN 3715 as this is a 99
car. While the Victory wheels are the nicest looking OEM wheel fitted IMHO, they are also the heaviest. the S1 did not come with Corbeau seats they
are a nice replacement if your originals are warn or if you want to fit a harness. As for the engine well the people that did the work would have a
record? and to the best of my knowledge lotus only ever just drooped the engine in in the Elise.
I'm not sure why people feel the need to add so much splaf to there adverts. I loved my Elise and would have one again in a moment. If I was
looking to buy another S1 of this sort of age, I would be far more interested in knowing the following. and having a car with the front driving
lights.
Has the steering rack been rebuilt?
What tyres are fitted and what pressure they are run at?
What shocks are fitted and have the bushes ever been replaced?
Can you prove you are running MMC pads on the MMC disks?
Assuming the correct answers to the above if you can get it for something like 7.5 to 8 it would be a good price.
also have a look at seloc http://wiki.seloc.org/a/SELOC_TechWiki
Edit
also the car seams to be missing the front grill why? it may indicate a replaced front clam
