a quick search on girlfriend pictures gives 7 results, most of which are the same girl with multiple auctions, but like steve says, no evidence anything is original or they're telling the truth, steer well clear imho..

if you were to sell pics of a gf without her permission you could be in trouble.

professional photographers require a 'model release' form signed so that the copyright belongs to the photographer.

If you posted pics of a gf you could well get into legal action, as they were for personal 'use' and not for commercial exploitation.
