Saw this on Ebay.
Cant figure out what make it is, and I suspect its not SVA/IVA'd.
No seatbelts, and doenst look right.
I cant see how it could be registered 1970 and not have seat belts. It was about 1965 ish when they became a lawful requirement.

Well, the instruments look to have come from a Ford Sierra.....
Edge trim on the front wings suggest someone was 'thinking' about IVA at some point...

Well front uprights and rear hubs appear to be Ford Sierra so that would be post 1983

YUP too. Robin Hood 2B.
Do you think he's selling this one too:
Sylva Leader Kit Car 2.0 pinto and Type 9 Gearbox
Says ask any questions in the ad. so I asked what it says on the v5 just to make sure its road legal. No reply. I suspect this is because he knows its running false plates (their false because they don't relate to that vehicle). Ebay don't seem bothered. If its picked up with false plates its likely to be crushed and the new owner could sue the seller as its advertised as road legal. Also I read somewhere that the seller could potentially be sued for any resulting uninsured losses.
well its ended with all the bids cancelled....
