CEF Air Cooled Petrol Generator CEF 2.5 PCL - Spares or Repair

Looks interesting, .... so here's a couple of questions. ..

I can see that it's a Honda engine,...what marking does it carry?
Also what is the fault?

I cannot see any more markings other than those shown.

No idea on the fault to he honest... just wont start... and I don't really have the need, desire, interest in it to bother stripping it etc.

Ok, thanks for the info. I have several and the faults are always carb and plug....
