Interesting Quantum TVR kit car for sale, was sold on Gumtree last week for £8500

1998 TVR CERBERA 4.2 V8 24K MILES SORN FOR THE LAST 7 YEARS V.GOOD CHASSIS

For £8500 it is worth a punt, but at that price I am concerned by the story! I really really want a Cerbera, but probably not that one unless I never plan to sell it.

I can't work out any (legit) reason for a TVR being re-registered as a Quantum!
