
NTDWM, it just came up as a side nag, judging by what crossflow bits seem to fetch this seems reasonable, if it doesn't go mad in the closing
minutes.

Its a 2737 block, which is not very good, its the 711 that's needed for max power, as its heaps stronger
and the head on sale isn't good either, needs to be flat, with no chamber
apart from that, £100 its not a bad buy, but certainly not worth much more,

Ahh OK, not touched a crossflow in years, mostly XK Jag and RV8 motors... so out of touch
As Steve says probably not worth much more than £100 unless your looking for a period resto with matching numbers
2737e can be made to work, just costs more and there are still enough 711m's around to make it not worth the expense, as for the head, I've
had just as much power from the semi chambered heads as the flat ones ( +180bhp from both types) The valves are shrouded most at full lift by the
cylinder walls not the heads.
