DVLA check confirms that 223T does indeed show up as a Triumph (White).
Sadly, Triumph never made a car which looked lie the one in this link, in the post above.

At least the advert is honest in its description. If the police notice the car is running a false identity they have the power to seize it and have it crushed. I wouldn't risk it.
The dvla should provide a method to report these things, similar to the no mot or no tax 'snitch' sites.
Apart from the car being potentially dangerous or an issue should a future owner have an accident with it, why should people get away with avoiding
