For the money how can you go wrong?
The brush is worth a fiver!

Have one with the tool in and another for disks.

A tad heavy but so what? they even come with new motor bushes!

Thumbs up from me at that price , i had one from last time , a bit heavy but i hammered it cut up 200 floor bolts half inch no probs.

I bought two.They lasted me less than three months .Makita 8 years of hard everyday use!

Are you using them underwater? Mine's done loads including tile cutting and still on the first set of brushes. They would have gone back under warranty at that anyway wouldn't they?

I would have returned them had I not mislaid the receipt.They started arcing across the armature. I dismantled ,cleaned them and replaced the brushes.I then ran them unloaded to bed in the brushes(recommended by service engineer) but they didnt last long.I never overloaded or overheated them,I will stay with Makita I think they are better long term value.
