Cant really tell what it is...

The Locost is based on what was the pre-lit Westfield, and that Westfield was first used in 1987 according to ebay. So, it could be a pre-lit Westfield, which would look very like a locost.

It seems like it is a prelit Westfield. Acoording the age it's the same as Westfield made the prelit's.
