It looks cheap now, but Sierra Cosworths typically go for more than £3000.

The only drawback I can see is that it'll be 4x4, so you'll have to get a rear wheel drive gearbox that can handle the torque that the engine produces.

I'd be a bit suss of 38k Km?! Seats look like they've been sat in for more than that.
