Depends if you are talking at wheels or at flywheel?? 159 at wheels sounds like a lot to me. That has got to be 180+ at flywheel.

A stock EFI DOHC 8v sierra engine like i'm using in my build will give around mid 180's bhp, with 7 psi. (7psi being as high as you can
safely go on standard C/R).
Also as has been pointed out I would expect that h/p with that setup less the turbo.
Its hard to see in the pic, but I would think it would be difficult to turbo using twin carbs, as they would have to be totally enclosed in some form
of enclosure to equalise the pressure & prevent seals blowing.
Again as has been said ...ALOT of work for little return
early lotus espirit turbo's used twin 45's though i believe there was a difference them being a sealed unit, making a sealed air box wouldn,t be to difficult and running about 7 psi shouldn't cause to many problems
