The Ultima is a good car, not jsut a good kit car. If Tiff Nedell likes them (and I have a lot of time for his opinions of what is a good car) then this oportunity is probably worth a punt.

How would Americans take to it? They like fast V8 cars and they deem to think that British super cars are very exotic. They may go down well over there.

Is it worth £1.6M for the rights? You've have to invest a lot of money over there getting parts suppliers, staff, facilities and advertising but if you can make the sales then a tidy profit on each one should be possible.

Could Ultima themselves not recruit some people themselves? send out one or two of thier guys and rent in some US know-how? Mind you, you could do the work yourself or you could sell it for a chunk of cash.
