its not just the size of our heads its the odd shape so you'll still want to try one on before you buy one .the wrong fit and you'll have

ive tried on a few and im definatly large im 59cm which is the high end of medium or the low end of large!!
Go for a Large.
I'm 58.5 ish and Large from various manafacturers fitted me better.
