Just in case its off use to someone I have got the std 2L box I've just taken out my phoenix doing nothing. It was taken out because I suspect some dodgyness in the bearings.

I was going to keep it just to take it apart and see how they go together but now I have to move house and will go from sharing a double garage to a single.
