Been watching this auction on Ebay
BS:US:11" target="_blank">Link
Very little info and seller is not answering emails. Seller also has 0 feedback
so whats peoples opinion? dodgy or worth a punt??
I've been after a set of 750/1000 GSXR TBs for a while now but the last few sets have gone for silly money....

prob ok, as has a paypal account, so some security....... but i think £20 postage is a little on the heavy side!!!!!
I would take a punt on that but make sure I:
1. made contact at the end of the auction and had an address and telephone number and actually spoke to the seller to satisfy myself that all is
genuine on the phone before parting with any money.
2. pay with a credit card using Paypal - if it doesn't turn up you have some comeback a) with paypal and b) with your credit card company.
or
3. get someone to call and pick them up who lives in local to the seller and pay cash at the time.
Cheers
Mark
Don't be too hasty - I have a brand new unused set I bought from the US. I have sold my car, and in the sale I included the TBs as I have no use for them. I don't think the buyer (who has not collected the car yet) will need them. I'll ask him today if you want. Let me know.
Something which stikes me as a bit strange (but may be nothing) - if you hit the "View sellers other items" it says they have nothing for sale, normally you would at least see the item you were just looking at.
Doesnt look too dodgy to me. Reads as a newbie who hasnt sussed the value of a good ad. Nothing suss in it not showing in other items, they just dont
have owt else to sell.
Only way it would be dodgy is if it is actually an experienced seller with bad feedback who has re-registered, unortunately you cant find this out. As
Mark says - worth some confirmation before payment is made.
but hasn't responded to several emails........
Well sod it... i went for it and won them for £82 (plus £20 postage
)
I guess we will just have to see what i get!
