If you use a professional pattern maker to make your buck then take moulds from it the cost would be easily reached. There's a place near me who make whole building sections like dormers etc. from fibreglass and their moulds are like artwork.

I think $7500 is a bit over the top for a nose cone mould and 4 wheel arches,but they are about £3500,for a full set,including bonnet rear tub etc,they don't last forever though,MK have there moulds renewed every couple of years.
