a cobra with a pinto ?

I agree- car looks tidy but a Pinto???
Hardly matches the muscle car V8 rumble expected from a Cobra....
Oh well.....

Buy it cheap and stick a LS1 in it

It looks like a Mk I Sumo which was based on Cortina running gear inc the rear axle. This will limit the amount of power you can use. I would have thought a standard Rover V8 would be about the limit. you could use the V6 that comes with it. That would give as much useable power as the RV8 but not the "sound". Still good value though.

I thought the sumo mk1 had cortina gear on the front but had a mk2 granada axle, you had to exchange your tina front hubs for the pilgrim re worked 5 stud hubs to match the rear.

IF that car is properly registered then 4.5K is all the money its ever going to be worth.

I dont understand why people build a car like that and use a 4 cyl. Even a V6 isnt right in there.....

Looks nice though.
