Can an MGB speedo be made to work with a Ford gearbox?

too late for this ebay item, but I think the answer is Yes... you can get adapters made to change end fittings (if the MGB speedo is different from a Ford) and to change the gearing to correct differences if necessary. I think the company I used to know of is called Speedy Cables
