Those units aren't the most modern (they're based upon one of the first reverse boxes to appear on the "new" BEC scene) and (unless they've changed recently) have a habit of leaking / breaking....

If I was going to get a reverse box I'd go Quaife...

Then again, if I was going to go for a reverse mechanism I'd go for an electric one....

Do you Know who makes them ?
Apart from Quaife.

I tried searching but I didn't find much on the topic of electric reverse... are there any drawings or pictures available.
Preferably for an IRS setup...

I can honestly say that I've not seen one of them before. Who makes it?

It doesn't look like a Blackbird Motorsport unit.

Are they seriously sh17e? It's just it's local so if it were any good and got no bids, I'd be tempted - if only to keep for a rainy day.

A lot of the earlier units leaked oil all over the shop then seized

The units a Eurotech FR2000 reverse box BTW... (not made anymore)

Stuart Taylor did one- not sure if they still do....

a flywheel and a starter motor , with the flywheel clamped in between the output flange on the diff and the driveshaft .

press a button , off ya go .

IRS might get in the way tho .

Errr would think that IRS would make mounting a lot easier since the diff isn't bouncing around!
