Which are they? P16 are Lotus Cortina parts

Hellfire - 2/1/08 at 12:27 AM

Advert says P16...

Still seems excessive though...

I never cease to be amazed at some of these 'feeding frenzy' auctions.

Mr Whippy - 2/1/08 at 02:37 AM

I use to have loads to them. What an insane price to pay, idiots

balidey - 2/1/08 at 07:45 AM

Reconditioned and un-used?

speedyxjs - 2/1/08 at 08:25 AM

Solid gold?

bonzoronnie - 2/1/08 at 09:24 AM

I wish I had sold them

That would pay for a nice bit of my build

Not quite as mad but a set of cortina uprights and hubs went for £185 plus postage a couple of weeks ago as well

Is it just me or is all the 'Old Skool Ford' business a load of b*llocks - I mean, old Fords are a bit of a laugh but the cars aren't actually THAT great - at least not £10K for a tidy MK1 Escort or £1K for a rusted through bit of scrap that used to be a MK2 Cortina great!

TGR-ECOSSE - 2/1/08 at 11:44 AM

Do people not check the price of parts before bidding???
I got these for £15 on Ebay and no postage as they were local. If somebody wants to give me £300 for them u2u me

Blakey_boy - 2/1/08 at 01:25 PM

I didnt pay a penny for the ones on my Daughters car.

Even recons are aroung 100 quid each at most outlets
