I got one of those drill presses last time it is bloody good compared to my previous Chinese effort. The tilting table still flexes but I always use a support under the leading edge.

How about 4 of the hoists to lift the Locost up to the ceiling of the garage so you can get another car under it?

The drill press looks just the ticket for me.

I'm sure it will have its limitations, but doesn't all inexpensive kit.

Just in time for me, as I am about to drill lots of holes to built the support for my hoist.

Forget the tools lemon juice for pancake day 25p...
Perhaps I could get a special offer of 4 for £1.00

A small bottle jack under the table on these cheapo drill presses stops them flexing too badly.

The drill has a ratcheting table for the drill bed which the last one didn't.

I have a scissor jack to keep the drill bed steady on my old drill from aldi.

I would have one of those new drills tomorrow. The only problem I have found is that drill head will wander a bit.

(Edited for wine induced errors from the night before)

What does a pinto and gearbox weigh?
The winch will only lift 250kg
