Stuart Potter.
He used to own the Kite shop in Cowgateshead (sp?) but he wasn't making enough money, so now has a normal 9-5.

From his house on the "beach" you can clearly see the power station to HIS right.

There is a bit of a Green area to his right seperating the station you work at and his lot of houses!

You may of seen an idiot flying a kite and/or Kite surfing on the sea just there - that'll be him!!!
