get your lazy bottoms down to Poundland where you can buy tyre pressure gauge and 4 valve caps, ideal if you have a car with 4 wheels or two 2 wheeled motorcycles, in blingy anodized aluminium.

available in red, blue, silver and yellow.

just hope noone asks me how much ....

Don't fit ally dust caps to bronze valves. They corrode, then don't come off.

Ask me how I know!

Cheers

Mike

P.S. They do come off, but it takes ages with a dremmel!

I was just about to post the same. Ive experienced them too.
FFS dont bother at any cost. Stick with the std black plastic ones unless you have fancy special valve stems.

How much are they?

^^^^ good point - looking at the reverse of the packet it does hint at this being a potential problem as it suggests using lubricant.

I have a set of metal caps on my Land Rover but these appear to be brass; I paintem them black so they are not blinging.
