What a pain! Aren't regulations daft.

What happened to the Single Market Act and mutual recogntion of standards?

If it's registered in one part of the EU it should be OK for the rest.

Hey - sorry to hear that Alez - looks like a nice car too....

I'm not normally moved to comment on peoples cars but that is one of the nicest looking kit cars I've seen advertised for a very long time! - you must be absolutely gutted!!

Thanks for the encouraging comments and compliments

It's been a tough while and not an easy decision but having this car sitting in a garage is not going to change things, so lesson learned and time to move on..

can you not import it?

As if you'd moved to the country?

Like if I moved to Spain for work or summat?

Cheers,
James

You can do that actually, but only if that's the case (which is not), because you need to prove this situation through official paperwork from the Consulate which needs to have the correct dates on it and so on. I've actually done this once already (with a Locost 'Blade) so I know how it works and it won't work for the Fury
