I've put my small single phase milling machine for sale on Ebay to make room for a larger Bridgeport. Get machining those bits for only 99p!

that's a small milling machine ? 1/2 a ton?
For a floor standing proper rigid cast iron miller its a positive lightweight! None of your flimsy Chinese rubish here!
The Bridgeport will be well over double the weight of this, and that's still classed as a small workshop miller.
Half a tonne for a toolroom machine is nowt.
Try 33 tonnes for a vertical grinder. Then you are getting toward the midsized range of machine tools!
If I had the space that would go rather nicely in the garage...
OOO i wish i had a workshop big enough!! I'd have it in a moment!
I'll let the auction run at 99p to get some more interest before I bid!
I want I want I want
Approx how deep is the machine ? From back/wall to front handwheel ?
Will it fit on a standard pallet ?
Thanks
The overall dimensions are:
67 inches tall to top of oil filter housing
36 inches wide across table
42 inches depth to tip of front handle
The foot print is 33 x 22 inches.
A quick Google tells me that a 'Standard Pallet' is 1200 x 1000, so it will fit on. A 'Standard Euro Pallet' on the other hand is
1200 x 800 so it is too big for that.
I don't know what size pallet is normally used within the UK though.
