Website shopping
Hi all, i am starting my xmas shopping abit earlier this year i hope!! I have been browsing on the net and inparticular am looking for the Lion KIng
DVD for the GF. I have come across a site called http://www.budgetdvd.co.uk.
Has anyone used this site as it has no real contact address just an email address. Mite be a genuine site and it is the cheapest i have found so far,
just thought i would ask to see if any of you guys have used it.
I have tried usual suspects like play and amazon but they seem really high priced and most are region 1!
any thoughts?

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Haven't you region freed your dvd player yet? They accept payment through paypal according to their support website in the contact us section so
you should be pretty safe using them.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Although they are .co.uk the website is registered to...
Monster DVD's
122/3 M2
Soi Petchaboon
Klong Toei
Bangkok
10342
TH
There's not much independent reference to them on the net although a brief discussion on Yahoo question ssuggests they may be a bit hookie.
When I did a test registration there was no padlock sign and their security verification appears to be their own "security approved" sign
which basically means nothing!
They have a sister company registered to the same Thailand address called monsterdvds.co.uk. A quick Google shows another Yahoo answers conversation
here which suggests a buyer was sold a fake Disney DVD that arrived
from Thailand.
Personally I'd be uncomfortable using them.
