That is shockingly badly built! I particulary like the brake lines cable tied to the rear axle!

i think cloudy has a stutter! but have to agree it does look very poor!

Nothing wrong with cable tying brakelines to the axle, should have used some rubber around it though.
Mine passed SVA like that, even though my t piece was solidly bolted to the axle.

A stutter?
Personally I would not want my brake lines being pressed against steel in a high vibration area!

My brake pipes are just in the original Ford clips which only hold them in place lightly, how does a back axle vibrate?

I used landys offroad for years with all the pipes held on with tie wraps, never failed the MOT or came off, just looks horrible. I think its safe to
say though looking at the rest of the car that it is quite likely, not finished and there’s no point in jumping to conclusions about a part built
car…
Looks a reasonable job so far, worth the money and would save someone quite a bit of time.
Fame is when your old car is plastered all over the internet

On my Landy the brake pipes are wrapped in a piece of bycycle inner tube (only where they could rub) and held with ti-wraps.
The inner tube stops the rubbing and the ti-wrap holds it in place.
Some were like that for 13 years.
Its more about stopping them from rubbing against anything. After all waht does those special plastic U clips do? They hold the pipe in place and stop
it from rubbing against anything.
Strapping a brake pipe down to bare metal is a no-no in my book. Thats asking for long term trouble.
EDIT:
I seem to recall that the Ford clips on the axle had a split rubber bush / tube /grommet through which the brake pipe passed to stop it rubbing on the
axle and the clip. A bit like my locost Bike inner tube job.

Mine didn't, they were straight into the clip just like the original W reg Ford Capri ones they came off which had never failed
