TUV approved helmets at Lidl on Saturday (in the NE)
Lidl have a flyer in my local store for a "Saturday Super Sale"
They have their Open face helmets with TUV stickers (ECE-R 22.05 -> linky)
for £10. Cheap way to put a bee proof visor in front of your nose 
Got some cheap plastic tool boxes for £3

So it's a bit of a North East only affair for those items - maybe other stores have their own selection?
