Mk2 1300 GL Escort
Anyone in the westcountry trying to find the holy grail, there is on in Orchards scrapyard, complete except for the front suspension, 1979 I think,
and as of today still had all its bits and pieces

I saw it there this morning as well. If someone's looking for a live axle, it seemed to be in reasonable shape, and their prices are usually
cheap. Sounds like Orchards on a Saturday is the place to be if you're building a Locost

I bought a Kia Pride alternator (about the size of an orange!), 20' of plastic fuel pipe off an astra, fuel rail supply pipe off a granada, and
a 90 degree bend off DOHC sierra - all for £7 - bloddy ripoff!
