Amazing service - Memfast Rivnut Tool
I won't go into details but I managed to break part of my rivnut tool that I bought from Memfast (do to my heavy handedness). I sent them a
email asking for a cost for the replacement part and instead of a cost they sent me a replacement part for free.

That is good.
My Laser rivbut tool mandrel broke, and a replacement came (via contacting the ebay seller) direct from laser for no charge also.

I love my memfast tool also. Last year at detling the earth stud broke off robs chassis. We found a drill and memfast lent us a tool and some riv nuts
foc so we could fix it in the field to get him home. The repair ended up so good it become a permanent fix lol
