Bought one Friday - well impressed with price. Charging a battery as I write.
Also appears to have a 'pulse' function to charge flat batteries - all for 13.99 and 3 year warranty!

Got one too great for the price but tbh my only gripe is the fact that if your battery is totally flat and less than 3v then it won't charge it
at all
Quickly got round this tho by giving flat battery a little jump off another one before connecting charger
Sort of tricks the charger into thinking battery is above 3v

If it's below 3v it is utterly gubbed and its unlikely to ever recover more than a tiny fraction of its capacity.
