Our old chassis looks straighter than that one! That's after it hit the lamp-post at 29mph (officer!)

Is that a chassis meant for the WLR though? As i seem to remember that having odd shaped top tubes.......unless it's just a dodgy one

That may well be a WLR chassis or one originally made to accept a cossie.

Answer:

I rang Martin today to check if the WLR chassis was the same as the Indy and he told me it was apart from the rear lower hoop was slightly higher,I will have to remove it.The chassis is for the WLR.

I will have to thank Martin for this embarrassing situation. The chassis is for the WLR but fearing that no one would require a WLR chassis (but lots would want an Indy),I rang Martin today to find out what had been changed for the WLR bodyshell. The lower hoop on the rear of the chassis was slightly higher came the reply but everything else was the same.I must admit that I hadn`t noticed the top rails but then again,I have no interest in the chassis. Thanks Martin,I`ll see you tomorrow with the driveshafts.

Best to change the description on ebay I guess then otherwise someone will be buying what they think is an Indy chassis when in fact it is for a WLR.
