Is this too good to be true?
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4608319309&fromMakeTrack=true
It is only 3 miles from where I live anyone wants it sussed out (I used to do AA/RAC vehicle inspections!)
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

Looks like a complete bargain to me! I love those cars and would love one myself.
I do find it odd though that some Fury's and gianettas fully built and road leagal go for silly cheap money like £4k in the mags.

Agreed - I got mine for £3k!!
More seriously, the crossflow (and odd-engined) cars tend to go for a lot less than the rest....especially the 1.3s (as mine was)

Several explanations:
1) Those boys down in Cornwall know how to live
2) As well as the car the bloke also lives in the garage !!
3) He is no masochist and the novelty of lying on cold concrete has worn off a bit!!
We usually have a bit of carpet under the project vehicle (not fully fitted!! ) with a smaller bit of lino on top (to catch the oil drips). When the
project goes we have a bonfire and bring in the next carpet which my wife decides is no longer of use to the house.
Thought this was what all regular thinking guys did......................................

No,we are straw chewing peasants, mostly married to our cousins and with imperial quantities of fingers and toes.

2.5 doesnt include the cossy, just the v8.
maybe he just said that to create interest, since its an auction it could go for much more.

In answer, and in no particular order
The Tamar wasn't put there just to look pretty.
I have a "friend" from Cornwall, it took his wife 10 years to explain what carpets were.
You don't "FIT" antthing in a garage - you throw it!
Time and booze running out for any more answers.
