You'll need a conversion type bellhousing I believe for a rwd box
I'd be tempted but that is going to go for waaaaaaay more money than the £510 it is at the moment.

Most Ford RWD GBoxs will fit with the RWD bell house conversion.

For 5K I would rather take a Honda S2000 engine with the nice 6 speed gearbox.

Id take the Duratec, bit less power, but alot more useable. You have to rev the tits off the VTEC to get it really going.
Not that i would turn down one, but would prefer the duratec. Obviously horses for courses, bit like bike engines v car engines.

also 230 bhp from that spec seems a little bit low so you might be able to get more without having to spend much more.
