Says Escort running gear in the add. I agree that it could be worth it just for the parts. Also, 'WITH DOHC 1.8 FORD FOCUS ENGINE' means

So, anyone with a half decent laptop they were thinking of upgrading anyway, who's building an escort based car - not such a bad deal!
Plus, you'd probably be able to shift the rest of the dutton on to owners of such monstrosities as well, rather than haviong to scrap it.

Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a
car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes
and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.
