I've put the car up for sale!

Spread the word EBAY
New BEC project beckons, so I have decided to sell my car. I only have a single garage, so build space is at a premium.
Moulds included for side pods, nose and airbox.

Looks well, after sifting thru the tyre kickers I'm sure you will get a serious buyer.

Cheers Jon!
I am fast running out of space for parts for the next one!
I already have seats, uprights, brakes, lsd diff, steering wheel, veypor, handbrake, willwood pedal set, rod ends, suspension brackets etc!
I am just about to buy an R1 05 engine from Yorkshire engines.
Hopefully someone sensible will buy it.

Plus 7 years work/developement and moulds?
Originallity takes time.

Also I have had some penis phone me up and offer £20.

Who cares..........I still own the car.

Good job they don't build statues of critics or you would never be able to get out of your front door.

I am sorry to say it but I doubt that will mean much to ebay bidders - not meant to be a criticism but the way it is on ebay.

To be honest, unless you get a weatlhy Nigerian bidder, you'd be lucky to get half of the starting price - be interesting to see what happens....

Good luck with the sale.

I'm disappointed we never saw it up at Newlands Corner!

Cheers,
James

Over 4000 views, 27 watchers and 10 bids, looks like the next bid wins!!!!!!!!
Got my R1 engine today for the next project and I am fast running out of space.
If the car sells then my next project gets underway, otherwise I will be looking for a new Garage!!!!!!

Looks like Newlands after all!
I am waiting to see if any offers come in first as over 5000 views and 35 watchers in the end.
I am not desperate to sell, but now I am running out of space with all the new parts that I have bought for project 2 !
It just means a bit more patience and exposure of the car.
This week I am off work, so if anyone fancies a blat around Surrey, let me know!

Ahhh, good to see you always get the complete gimps on blatchat.

A bit of originality, nah, just get the chequebook out instead.

I was going to bid but

I've booked my car in to have the oil checked, is £200 a fair price or should I look round for somewhere dearer.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

send an offer

unless u had a mate bidding up for you, not that you would, why dont you offer it as a 2nd chance offer to the underbidder, as its nearly what you wanted for it????

mmmmmmm

takes time...... relist it, and message the underbidders the new item number. relist for 5 day auction.... start it at 11500, and you will prob get it sold, if the bidders were genuine, they will re bid....... in theory.......

i would message them and wait a day or so and see......

ebay is a wonderfully slow thing at times...........

good luck.

well firstly I eat my words, munch munch yum yum spit ... seems I underestimated the amount people are willing to pay.

But what's going on? previous listing had 3 bidders going over the 11 K starting price of the new lisitng - did you contact them to offer the car or were they just messing?

(I think if you do second chance offer type thing outside of ebay you would avoid seller fees).

Made offers, but no replies
They may have noticed my reply to a question regarding ending the auction for 12K and sussed my reserve?
