I do like that, It looks like it could be a lot of fun, For me though I would have made a smaller air box or used a sausage filter and left the bonnet whole.

"i would have thought the R1 might struggle with four people in as well"

I think the Yam's 150BHP might cope better than the original BMC850's 32BHP! Tho' you might need low gearing or a bit of clutch slip to get it away cleanly.

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

it's on ebay at the minute as well!

NTDWM though - it's finished for a start...

More piccies on the ebay ad. Angle of the driveshafts and the road to exhaust clearance look a bit worrying.

The back of the car is jacked up for the photo, this is what it's like normally, although I agree about the exhaust

Cheers
