Need to unlock it to use with a sim from another network, also to get the best out of it needs a 3G sim --- most sims are 3g these days but if your sim is yonks old it might not be.

Arse, just last week I bought one from Argos. Cost me 120 with the topup!! I wonder if I can take it back.....
