Locost chassis... could be a bargain
Not an Indy but the forerunner to it, I've seen some nice Martin Keenan locosts on the road.

Looks like a good deal tbh (depending on the finish price obviously) much better than the 'I've got the best deal ever' recent post
anyway  Only about 10 miles away from me too - shame I can't afford/want it!
